Woman of Achievement 2025

Woman of Achievement is Lighthouse BPW's signature annual awards ceremony, created to recognize and celebrate outstanding women across our community. Each year, we honor women who excel in a variety of categories, highlighting their leadership, impact, and dedication both professionally and personally. Finalist are selected in each category, with one woman chosen as the overall recipient.         

The most prestigious honor of the evening, Woman of the Year, is awarded to the indivdual whose accomplishments, character, and influence truly set her apart.

This event is more than an awards ceremony-it is a celebration of connection, inspiration, and the collective strength of women supporting women. It remains one of the most meaningful and anticpated of the year for our Lighthouse community.
